Nordic Fiberglass has been an integral part of the Renewable Energy Industry since 1999.  Our box pads for three phase pad mount transformers, 600Amp sectionalizing cabinets, and splice cabinets easily transitioned into the Renewable Industry. 

 

We were the first to develop the "chuted box pads"
for connecting the underground cables from the transformer to the pedestal tower through our integrated chute.  Our standard three phase box pads accommodate various sized grounding transformers.

 

Our 35kV 600Amp sectionalizing cabinets accommodate a variety of manufacturer's junctions with U-straps. 

• 18" and 36" high cabinet extensions are available for the needed radius "bend" of the cables. 

• We also offer cable support systems for our cabinets that help hold the cables in place to relieve the downward pull on the junctions caused by the weight of cables.

Splice cabinets are also part of our family of products for the renewable industry.  These cabinets provide housing for above ground cable splices.
